Terms and Conditions
Welcome to season 2010 at Buttyland Caravan & Camping Park. We hope you have good fortune with the weather this year, and hope you have a relaxing and peaceful holiday here. The season this year will be running from Good Friday through to October 31st 2010.
The Park
In wet weather we kindly ask you to park your vehicles at the bottom of the field, on hardstand area (to avoid turning up of grass).
Only food wastes to be put in park refuse (no furniture, beach goods etc) .Waste depots are available in Tenby & Pembroke Dock for other items.
Facilities- We request you leave showers/toilets/laundry rooms as clean as you wish to find them and report anyone misusing them to us. We advise you surfaces may become slippery when wet in these areas, and to take due care. Children are not to play in or around the shower/toilet block.
During the hours of 10pm to 9am we insist no music or noise on the park, we kindly ask you to report any offenders to our office or tel 01834871278 at any time. Please respect your neighbour.
Max speed on this park shall not exceed 5mph.
Electric hook up box - we advise you that we charge for the use/hire of our equipment, and do not offer any guarantees of electrical supply.
We reserve the right to remove any person/unit from this park, without notice or reason given at any time. All monies received by Buttyland are non-returnable under any circumstances.
We advise you that our park and camping fields contain uneven surfaces. Extra care will be required when fields are wet and may become slippery. During darkness, we advise using a torch to illuminate your path, to avoid any risk of injury.
All goods stored in the park freezer must have a Buttyland tag (available from office – small daily charge). Any goods not displaying a current tag will be removed and disposed of.
Your Unit (i.e. tent, caravan, motorhome etc)
We request you to insure your unit against all losses and have third party cover, just in case your property (i.e. awning, TV Aerials etc) causes damage to any other vehicle or property on the park. Buttyland will not be held responsible for any damage, loss, theft, monies from any unit directly or indirectly on the park. All property remains the firm responsibility of its owner.
No unit shall be occupied by a greater number of persons than for what it was originally designed for.
Booking / Payments
When taking a booking, we insist on a 50% non-returnable deposit of the total value of the booking.
Your chosen dates are transferable, subject to providing us with 2 weeks notice and their being availability on your new chosen dates. Buttyland is operated by "Seaside Inns Ltd" .
Sorry we do not accept credit cards. All cheques are to be made payable to "Buttyland ".
Others
Please ask us about putting up any structures, such as gazebos etc and extra vehicles on the park to arrange a tag.
Please feel free to ask about boat & caravan storage.
Those campers with animals please ensure they are tethered on a lead at all times and any fouling collected and disposed of.

All pets are charged at £2.50 per pet per night.
